In court documents obtained by Fox News, the 75-year-old singer alleges the former member of Congress has breached a contract signed by Cher and her ex-husband after their divorce.
Sonny, whose real name was Salvatore Bono, and Cher married in 1967 and skyrocketed to success as a musical duo.They split in 1974.
