Stamford Bridge officials had earmarked Haaland as a target earlier in the year, with Roman Abramovich said to be throwing his weight behind the move.
But now, it seems they have decided against making a move, with Borussia Dortmund now set to play in the Champions League next year, reports The Athletic.
