Bruno Miguel Borges Fernandes (born 8 September 1994) is a Portuguese footballer who plays for Primeira Liga club Sporting CP and the Portugal national team as a midfielder. Fernandes started his career at Serie B side Novara Calcio and soon featured for Udinese and Sampdoria in Serie A.
In 2017, he signed with Sporting CP where he established himself as one of the best players in the Primeira Liga. He was named the LPFP Primeira Liga Player of the Year in both 2017–18 and 2018–19. In the latter season, he also helped Sporting win the Taça de Portugal. A senior international since 2017, Fernandes represented Portugal at the 2016 Summer Olympics and 2018 FIFA World Cup.

dailystar.co.ukManchester United fan-base found themselves double taking on Harry Maguire’s twitter photo. The United captain tweeted a photograph of himself celebrating his opening goal in Ralf Rangnick’s side’s 4-2 away victory against fierce rivals Leeds United.
Maguire headed home United’s first set piece goal of the season, stooping highest and nodding Luke Shaw’s vicious in-swinging corner past Islan Meslier.However, there was something very strange on the former Leicester City central defender’s post.Eagle eyed United fans spotted a Leeds’ fan in the front row of the stands whose face had seemingly been photo-shopped onto the picture.And it’s fair to say that many of United’s fan-base were left scratching their heads in bemusement.“But why though” one confused supporter asked. “He looks photoshopped” another added about Maguire’s twitter photo.“Why is someone’s head photoshopped on that fan above the E hahahaha” another bemused fan added.Will Manchester United finish in the top four this season?
