Although David Moyes is desperate to keep hold of his most prized asset, Frank Lampard’s plans at Stamford Bridge could prove to be too exciting to resist for the 21-year-old best pal of Mason Mount.It has now been reported that a fresh approach for the player will follow in January.The Athletic report that although Chelsea were keen to make a substantial bid for Rice in the summer, two permanent outgoing transfers fell through before the deadline which put plans on hold.
