Celtic could reportedly be named Scottish Premiership champions today and Hearts relegated after discussions between the league and clubs on Friday.
Rangers ' proposed resolution was struck down on Wednesday after receiving backing from just 13 of the 42 clubs, rather than the 32 needed for it to pass.
Now, the Scottish Daily Mail is reporting that the SPFL will hold talks with all 12 Scottish Premiership sides on Friday to discuss their plan to end the season based on the way the table looks now.
Should the proposal pass, Celtic would win their ninth consecutive Scottish league title, while Hearts would spend next season in the Championship.
