Campsites hope to reopen next month but access to toilets and showers maybe blocked to prevent the spread of coronavirus. The Camping and Caravanning Club is hoping to reopen sites in England from July 4, as part of the Government's phase 3 lockdown easing plans, according to a statement on its website.
All of the club's camping and temporary holiday sites have been closed since March 22 but it claims demand is increasing and it is now taking bookings.
But everything is reliant on the green light from the Government, with guidance from Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland being monitored.
