Manager William McElholm hopes his Cambuslang Rangers under-21 side will be allowed to finish their season. With Scottish football shut down, The Lang youngsters are still to complete their West of Scotland Cup, League Cup, Scottish Cup still and league campaigns.
McElholm hopes the governing bodies focus on completing this season rather than looking ahead to next term.“The boys are obviously a bit gutted not to get the chance to play the rest of their season right now,” said the gaffer.“They just want the opportunity to finish their season if they can.“They have come so far and I don’t want the players left feeling like they have wasted their time.“People are talking about next season, but next season doesn’t exist yet.
