Cambuslang Rangers under-21 manager William McElholm believes their young prospects can pioneer a first-team pathway at the club.
It has been a top season for the youth team having reached the Scottish Cup semi-final and are still in with a chance of winning their league title.With the current campaign on hold amid the coronavirus Scottish football shut down, McElholm says the squad should be proud to be "flying high" less than a year after playing their first game.He believes the under-21's have what it takes to make the jump to the first-team - and hopes the current crop are the first of many.
