A so-called "bonking ban" in the UK has been widely mocked – and now Brits have been urged not to have sex outside too. Boris Johnson's Government faced widespread criticism over the coronavirus rules which ban people from having sex with someone outside of their household as the lockdown restrictions are eased.
The measure was broadly dubbed as a "sex ban", though it said the regulations were aimed at keeping people safe and ensuring people didn't stay overnight in other people's homes.
And this morning on LBC radio, Tory MP and housing minister Simon Clarke urged Brits not to engage in sex outdoors with someone outside of their household.
