Stacey Solomon has confirmed she’s landed a new TV role and confessed she “can’t believe” it.The Loose Women star has replaced comedian Tom Allen as co-host of Bake Off: The Professionals.The 32 year old will present the Channel 4 show alongside former Bake Off contestant Liam Charles, who also acts as a judge on Junior Bake Off.The news was confirmed on the GBBO’s official Twitter account after Stacey teased that she'd been filming something away from her home.

Stacey also opened up about her new venture as she shared a snap of herself alongside Liam and judges Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden on Istagram. “I honestly can’t believe it, she wrote alongside a crying emoji.
She continued: “Love you all so so much I don’t think I’d get the chance to do any of these amazing things without your support and kindness so THANK YOU for being best Insta family anyone could wish for.” Crafting and home renovation queen Stacey recently teased with her followers that she was working on a special new project when she told them she’d been working away and had been taking her baby daughter Rose with her.The star, who is also mum to Rex, Zachary and Leighton, also said the new job had been pushing her out of her comfort zone.
