American news reports stat the the 39-year-old – who was last month spotted among pro-Trump protests in Washington – was arrested on Friday January 26 while in Nashville, Tennessee.
He was booked for three separate charges by local police officers; with one charge being DUI, one for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance.
While a further charge was due to refusing to consent to a blood alcohol content test – which is consider a civil offence in the State of Tennessee.
