Britain’s Got Talent star Francine Lewis has revealed that Alesha Dixon is the weakest member of the judging panel on the ITV show. The beloved talent competition is set to return to our screens this weekend and it’s fair to say the show is coming back with a bang. After two years off the air, viewers can expect the bigger and better acts as they prepare to battle it out for the cash prize and a chance to perform at the Royal Variety show later this year.
But as fans prepare to welcome back head judge Simon Cowell alongside Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon, the popular impressionist dished the dirt on which judge is the weakest on the star-studded judging panel.
The TV comic – who took part in seventh series of the show back in 2013 – confessed if one judge had to be replaced on the show it would “have to be” the Mis-Teeq singer. In an exclusive interview with Daily Star, the 46-year-old explained: “This is going to be so bad to say but it has to be Alesha.
It has to be because Mandy is part of the furniture.“David is the funniest guy ever, like he’s everyone’s favourite judge – not mine, mine’s Simon."And obviously the show wouldn’t work without Simon so yeah it would have to be Alesha – even though I love her.“She could go and judge a dance show, she could go and judge another show,” Francine added. The TikTok star went on to explain how the 43-year-old songstress is also one of the easiest judges to impress out of the bunch as she recalled how the mum-of-two backed her throughout the show. She added: “When it came to the end and they had to reveal who they thought was going to ultimately win the whole thing Alesha put my name down.
