She's been busy documenting her trip over on Instagram, where she's shared a series of snaps of herself soaking up the sun by the pool.
In one recent photo, the star could be seen modelling a gold bikini as she topped up her tan. Amanda donned a pair of large sunglasses as she tilted her head back and embraced the rays, before wishing her followers happy Easter.
