Doctors were left fearing a woman with life-changing facial injuries may die after a devastating accident in her own bathroom.

In horrifically graphic scenes, Kim was rushed into hospital with a section of her forehead hanging off and her broken nose coming away from her face.

The concerned paramedic explained that the 49-year-old woman had sustained the disturbing injuries after a boozy evening at home - consuming four lagers and "a lot of Jägerbombs".

To make matters worse, it was revealed that the patient has arthritis, vertigo and suffered a broken ankle 12 weeks before. She was found face down on the concrete floor of her bathroom surrounded in a pool of her own blood - with the gruesome story being told on Channel 5's A&E After
