Boris Johnson has said he expects "everybody in this country to obey the law" - as his Government prepares to flout international law over its Brexit plans.
The Prime Minister was challenged over the admission by a top minister that the Government's new Brexit legislation would break international law in a "very specific and limited way".
The Government is facing a furious backlash over its plans to override parts of its Brexit deal without consulting the EU.
