Vladimir Putin is geeing up his troops for a big advance on the Ukrainian front line but is being plagued by his troops' lack of equipment.
Putin’s troops have been commanded to advance in “most sectors” but are struggling to achieve a major breakthrough on the Ukrainian front line, British military chiefs have said.The Ministry of Defence (MoD) today (February 14) said the Russians had “not massed sufficient offensive combat power to “achieve a decisive effect”.READ MORE: Russia hides Putin health info after eagle-eyed observers spot Vlad's doctor billsIn a new intelligence assessment, it said the wacko Wagner Group had made “further small gains” in the contested town of Bakhmut and that Russia's hopeful advance to the south "has made little progress".The overall assessment from the MoD made for grim reading for Mad Vlad.“Overall, the current operational picture suggests that Russian forces are being given orders to advance in most sectors, but that they have not massed sufficient offensive combat power on any one axis to achieve a decisive effect,” the MoD said.It is also thought that Putin's predicted spring offensive is likely to be split into multiple fronts.Putin has called up thousands of conscripts and prisoners to fight as the situation gets increasingly desperate.Some analysts say the Russians are throwing conscripts into specific parts of Ukraine to "test" their defences in a kind of grim battlefield experiment.
