The Towie star hit a stumbling block earlier this year when the development was rejected after neighbours complained it was too big.
Billie and husband Greg Shepherd are hopeful their amended plan, which reduced the size of the project by millimetres, will be enough to get the project greenlit.
However, neighbours remain unconvinced and fear it will compromise their privacy. They have also questioned the accuracy of the floor plan after spotting discrepancies from the previous submission and are unhappy about the height of a proposed garden patio.
