Mount Sinai is prominent in the Bible for being where Moses led the Israelites and where he received the 10 commandments.A biblical archaeologist organization, The Doubting Thomas Research Foundation, claims to have found the actual mountain is the Jabal Maqla, which can be found in the Jabal al-Lawz mountain range in northwestern Saudi Arabia.On their website, The Doubting Thomas Research Foundation bases their claims on 17 criteria points, which led them to Jabal Maqla being the most plausible location.Speaking to The Sun, Foundation president Ryan Mauro.
