BBC News at 10pm have raised their concerns on social media after the channel aired footage of dead bodies in the streets amid Russia's invasion on Ukraine.
During the news bulletin, the BBC included a sequence that saw the reporter Quentin Sommerville walking amongst dead bodies piled up in the snow in Ukraine's second-biggest city Kharkiv.In shocking scenes, the camera panned around the reporter who can be heard commenting as he walks through the bloodshed consisting of defaced dead bodies.
Reporting from the front line, the journalist can be heard saying: "This whole area is littered with dead Russian bodies."The journalist revealed the dead bodies belonged to defeated Russian Chechen soldiers alongside the Ukrainian border following Russia's occupation.
The news segment also featured harrowing scenes of dead Ukrainian civilians who sadly lost their lives following Russia's occupation.Viewers had taken to Twitter to share their fury with the unprecedented scenes, while some shared their anger that the graphic scenes were aired without any warning.
