Quarantine does things to people. For most of us, it means sitting around, endlessly scrolling through social media and trying your best to avoid (digital) conversations with people that would rather fight than discuss something.
All while maybe showering and likely still sitting in your pajamas. (That is, unless you’re someone that has to actually leave the house to go to work, which is a whole different, potentially dangerous situation.) For “Moonlight” and “If Beale Street Could Talk” filmmaker Barry Jenkins, this newfound free time has provided him a chance to explore his more musical side.
