A BARGAIN Hunt star has paid an emotional tribute to a 'lovely and kind' guest who died before their episode aired. Mondays episode of the BBC show saw David and his daughter Vicky take part as the red team.

However, Bargain Hunt's official Twitter page sadly announced that David had died before his episode made it on air. Posting a sweet snap of David and Vicky smiling during filming, the caption read: "Since today’s episode of Bargain Hunt was filmed, David has sadly passed away. "We send our sincere condolences to his daughter and teammate Vicky, his wife Joyce and all his family and friends." Show expert Izzie Balmer was quick to pay tribute to the contestant, saying David was a "kind, caring and friendly person with a great sense of humour."
