The 27-year-old midfielder has scored 21 goals for Barcelona but his future with the club has been uncertain since he moved to Bayern Munich on a season-long loan at the start of the 2019-20 campaign.
Coutinho has struggled to find the form he produced regularly for Liverpool since leaving the Reds for the Spanish giants in January 2018 in a £142m move.
However, the Brazil international has shone at times for the German giants, scoring nine goals and providing eight assists to attract attention from Chelsea and a host of other Premier League sides.
