Livingston Handball Club hope to bag an historic clean sweep of titles this season as they head into the British Super Cup at the weekend.North East Manchester Hawks stand in Livingston’s way in Saturday’s semi-final, while East Kilbride’s EK82 tackle London GD for a place in Sunday’s final, all of which will be broadcast on BBC.Livingston have already won the men’s Scottish Handball League for the third year in a row, League Cup and Scottish Cup, and triumphed in the Celtic Cup in Ireland to win their first international trophy.That leads them to the Oriam in Edinburgh this weekend, and head coach Allan Stokes hopes to lift the prestigious trophy for the first time.Stokes said: “It would be a fantastic season, to take the clean sweep.“We’ve won four trophies already this weekend, with a potential fifth one coming this weekend, depending on how it goes.“It has been a fantastic season, we’ve won our first international event with the Celtic Cup, which was the top three Irish teams against the top three Scottish teams in a play-off.“We’ve won the league, only losing one game all season, won the inaugural League Cup, and won the Scottish Cup.“In terms of the leagues, we’ve won the title every year since Covid, Scottish Cup we’ve either been finalists or winners in most seasons, Celtic Cup, this is only the second year, but we were runners-up last year, and winners this year.“In terms of the Super Cup, I think we’re the only club in the UK who have been involved in every event since it has been running.“We’ve yet to win the Super Cup, but we’ve finished third twice, and runners-up three times.“Progress has been pretty good, and all the players we have apart from one come from that West Lothian area and have come up through
