An East Kilbride mum has backed charity pleas for vital support during the pandemic

Amber’s big sister, Laila, who has juvenile arthritis, spent three hours posting pictures of rainbows on lamp posts to raise money for charity last year.And SBHS this week collaborated with some of Scotland’s biggest comedians to host the world’s biggest virtual Burns supper.The charity, which for the last 30 years typically welcomed up to 800 people to its annual ‘A Question of Burns’ event in Glasgow, raising over £1m as a result, took the festivities online.
Leanne, from Whitehills, told the News that the charity has continued to be a much-needed support throughout the pandemic. She said: “The charity mean so much to us.
