Paulina Biernacka disappeared in the early hours of Sunday, October 18, 2020 after last being seen on Jetson Street, Abbey Hey, in Gorton.
Officers searching for the 26-year-old said they believed she went missing without money or belongings. Forensic officers were pictured at nearby Debdale park later that day.
Police said they were searching the area as part of a missing person enquiry. Officers later confirmed a body - believed to be that of Ms Biernacka - had been discovered.
