An elderly woman has been left in tears after she has been forced to miss ‘more than 20 appointments because paramedics refuse to take her to hospital’.
The 77-year-old has been left wracked with anxiety on the days of her appointments as ambulance service transportation has been hit-or-miss throughout this year, says her family.
