Wigan Warriors have announce the signing of NRL half back Cade Cust on a two-year deal with the option of a third year. The 23-year-old will join Wigan from Manly Warringah Sea Eagles where he played 27 games in the NRL, scoring nine tries.
The arrival of Cust is a major boost to the Warriors following the end-of-season departure of star man Jackson Hastings to Wests Tigers.
Born in Scone, New South Wales, Cust began playing rugby league for his local junior side Scone Thoroughbreds before joining Manly.
In 2019, Cust made his NRL debut against Cronulla and scored his first try for the Sea Eagles two games later against Penrith Panthers.
