Teenagers in West Dunbartonshire are set to be given a “revised” version of the controversial Scottish Government health and wellbeing census.Although a councillor is asking fellow members to support a plea not to issue the survey at all.This would follow in the footsteps of those in Helensburgh who won’t be asked to answer the questions after Argyll and Bute Council put a stop to it.The questionnaire for S4 to S6 pupils has been under intense scrutiny after it emerged questions probed how many sexual partners participants have had and what types of intercourse they have engaged in.West Dunbartonshire Council initially said they would review the contents before making a final decision and have now confirmed they plan on sending out an
