A member of the Democratic Party, Biden is the presumptive Democratic nominee for president in the 2020 election. He unsuccessfully sought the Democratic presidential nomination in 1988 and in 2008.

He made a joke. Comedy ain’t easy, but he didn’t say 2 go shoot Clorox in our tits,” Sykes wrote. “Now, I wouldn’t make a blanket statement to say that voting for Trump means you’re not Black.
