The investigation tested engines running on various fuels in order to determine the harmful gases produced, reports The Express.Shockingly, findings revealed that the newer, 'greener' fuel alternatives let off just as much harmful nitrogen oxides into the atmosphere as previously used fossil fuels.E-fuels are chemically similar to petrol and diesel but are costly to produce.
