Uri Geller has owned Lamb Island for ten years, and has told the Daily Star that he has no intention of selling it. As a lover of Ancient Egypt he snapped up the island in the Forth off North Berwick because it is one of three rocky outcrops which are said to mirror the layout of the Pyramids at Giza.Uri describes his land as "one of the most significant sites in Britain" and a "keystone to British mythology" which he would only sell if Jeff Bezos offered him £15billion ($20bn).Speaking at the time of purchasing the remote slice of land, Uri said: "I am fascinated by the connection between the pyramids and these islands. "This island has links not only to the pyramids, but to King Arthur, King Robert the Bruce and to the ancient Kings of Ireland too."It might seem forbidding, and it is certainly uninhabitable, but it is also one of the keystones to British mythology, and I am thrilled to be its owner.”The celebrity mystifier, who has his own museum in Israel, revealed he knocked the asking price for Lamb Island down from £70,000 to £30,000.But it will take a great deal more to pry it from his hands despite him living over 3,000 miles away.

Uri told the Daily Star: "Yes I still own Lamb Island and I will never sell Lamb Island unless Jeff Bezos offers me $20billion so that's out of the question.""When I heard Lamb Island was for sale, I felt a strong instinctive urge to buy it — and the more I delved into the history and the archaeological lore which surrounds it, the more certain I became that this is one of the most significant sites in Britain.” Geller believes a theory that his Island contains leylines, the mysterious invisible paths which dowsers claim to be able to sense as flowing lines of energy and link most of.
