Film studio Universal Pictures will make recent cinema releases available online due to the coronavirus pandemic. The studio, owned by parent company Comcast, and its speciality label Focus Features, revealed that starting this week they would make films such as The Invisible Man, Emma, and The Hunt available on streaming services in the US.
Locations in the US to get the new releases to rent on demand include Comcast, Sky, Apple, and Amazon. New theatre releases will also begin streaming on the day of the release in the US, starting with Trolls World Tour on April 10 in North America.
