Una, who had two children with Ben, said she "hit rock bottom" after the marriage crumbled and she was left as a single mum miles apat from her family back in Ireland.
They are parents to daughter Aoife, eight, and five-year-old son Tadhg. Speaking on the Sippin' The Tea podcast - which premiers on Tuesday at 5pm - Una suggested she's trying to look at the "positive" that came out of the marriage: her children.
