The dancer has moved on from his split with wife Katya Jones with fellow dancer Luisa Eusse. The 38-year-old look besotted as he strolled hand-in-hand with his new love while taking his dog Crumble for a walk.
Neil, dressed casually in jeans, trainers and a camouflage jumper, was spotted gazing lovingly at tattooed Luisa, who revealed her toned torso in a grey crop top, skinny jeans and a pair of biker boots.
The new couple put on a loved-up display as they strolled around London beaming huge smiles as they made the most of their time together.
