"Ugly, belligerent and violent": Man, 31, with 'Jekyll and Hyde' character when drunk bites railway worker's finger

A man with a Jekyll and Hyde character who bit a railway worker's finger while drunk has been spared jail. Brian Dooley, 31, of Netherwood Road, Shepherds Bush, London pleaded guilty to committing assault at Piccadilly Station in Manchester.

At the hearing at Manchester Crown Court the court heard how on October 3, 2020, PCO Richardson was on duty in the station when he saw a heavily intoxicated Dooley and his partner.

Person pronounced dead after police rush to incident near Gatley train station Prosecuting, Jack Troup, said PCO Richardson asked the pair to leave the station, or to go for some food and sober up.
