Tyson Fury has a replacement opponent on standby in the event that Dillian Whyte fails to show for their heavyweight clash later this month. The British duo are due to face-off under the Wembley arch on April 23 - but there are fears Whyte may not turn up following a series of disputes between the two camps.

The 33-year-old won't be receiving any of the pay-per-view sales from the bout and has shunned all pre-fight promotional activities. With just over two weeks to go until the two fighters are scheduled to step into the ring, Fury's UK promoter Frank Warren confirmed rumours of a back-up opponent. "The truth of the matter is that we cover all bases," he told Seconds Out. "Would you not think, for an event of this magnitude, of what we've sold, that we would not be covering that scenario?" he added, when probed further. "Of course we cover that scenario."The two camps have not seen eye-to-eye throughout the build-up to the fight.

Whyte left it until the last minute to sign his contract, with the 28-2 star unhappy with his split of the purse. Do you think Dillian Whyte will pull out of the fight?

"That contract is full of what his obligations are – and by the way what our obligations are.
