Two Spaniel puppies left dying alone on Scots roadside thought to be from illegal puppy farm

One tragically died while the other was later euthanised by a vet as it could not be saved. The Scottish SPCA is now urging the public not to buy puppies online and suspects the spaniels have come from a low welfare puppy farm.
