A soldier who served alongside murdered Lee Rigby and carried his coffin after he was killed in a terror attack in 2013 has died aged 32.
Dean Corbett, a former corporal in the Army, was found dead at his flat in Urmston, Trafford, on Sunday. The much-loved dad's grieving family said he had suffered "massive bereavement" when 25-year-old fellow solider Lee Rigby was brutally murdered in Woolwich, south east London, by Michael Adebolajo.
They two close friends during their time in active service, according to Cpl Corbett's family - who said he had a "history of untreated mental illness" which deteriorated after he left the Army in 2017.
