Scott Hunter, 31, got down on one knee to partner Lorraine Cooper, 38, in front of their tiny daughter's hospital bed as doctors and nurses in Wishaw's Neo-Natal Unit looked on.The couple, who both work as chefs, have been keeping a bedside vigil for daughter Bella after she was born prematurely on July 6th weighing just 1lb 11oz.Lorraine was rushed into hospital for an emergency C-section15 weeks early, after she suffered a placenta abruption and internal bleeding when she was just 26 weeks pregnant.Dad-to-be Scott felt helpless as medics battled to save both Lorraine and their unborn baby’s lives.
