United in Design, launched by interior designers Sophie Ashby and Alexandria Dauley. It aims to address the lack of representation of black, Asian, ethnic minority and low-socio-economic communities, by asking design businesses to take a pledge to do more to address the issue, and by setting up an apprenticeship scheme.
