Initial reports revealed that one man had been injured. On Thursday morning police confirmed that two men, both aged 53, were injured as a result of the crash.They were raced to Wishaw General Hospital for treatment.The nature of their injuries and their current condition is yet to be confirmed.Amey’s Trunk Road Incident Support Service (TRISS) supported police on the scene.Two lanes of the motorway were closed and traffic was directed through the hard shoulder.Traffic Scotland have warned rush-hour motorists to expect.
