evoke.ieTalk show host Ellen DeGeneres has spoken out after news broke that her wife Portia de Rossi had been rushed to hospital for surgery.
Ellen admitted that after bringing Portia to the hospital she was sent home ‘crying’ as Di Rossi had to undergo an emergency operation.
The 63-year-old explained what had happened to her wife in a pre-recorded monologue for The Ellen Show, where she said that at 7:30pm her wife told her: ‘I’m not feeling well.
I want to go to bed.’ ‘And it was like 8 o’clock and that’s early,’ she explained before jokingly adding: ‘I’m not used to going to bed that early.
