Witnesses have described the moment they heard Mani Hart-Deville "screaming out" as he was attacked by the enormous shark twice at Wooli Beach, New South Wales.
The teenager suffered shocking cuts to his legs during the freak attack which tragically killed the teen. Reports say it's the country's second shark attack this week which resulted in a person dying and it's at least the fifth attack this year in Australia.
