Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold has been named as the Premier League's Young Player of the Season. The Reds and England right-back saw off competition from seven other stars, including Manchester United front three Anthony Martial, Mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford.
Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish, Chelsea duo Christian Pulisic and Mason Mount and Sheffield United goalkeeper Dean Henderson were also shortlisted.
Alexander-Arnold broke his own record for the number of assists in a Premier League season with 13 and also found the net on four occasions.
He helped Liverpool to a league title for 30 years and was also nominated for the Premier League Player of the Season award.
