Tony Hadley has blasted his ex-Spandau Ballet bandmates for using their hit single Gold in an "embarrassing" washing powder commercial.
The 60-year-old watched brothers Martin and Gary Kemp in their spoof documentary BBC2's Kemps: All True on Sunday night, but he wasn't impressed.
Former frontman Tony branded Bold's infamous washing powder ad as "bad taste" and revealed he would "rather watch Broadchurch" over their brand new show.
The star, who famously quit the band in 2017 after a 2009 comeback, also explained he wasn't approached by the pair for their documentary - but refused to have anything to do with it anyway. "I wasn't approached and would not have anything to do with it.
