Former Spandau Ballet star Ross William Wild has recalled how he attempted suicide shortly after leaving the band last year. The 31-year-old singer performed with Spandau Ballet stars Martin Kemp, Gary Kemp, Steve Norman and John Keeble throughout 2018 until the following year after replacing former band member Tony Hadley who had quit.
Ross reveals that he then made the decision to quit himself 11 months after joining the group but claims Martin announced his departure without his knowledge during an interview on This Morning.
Speaking to The Sun, Ross said: ‘I told Spandau I wanted to leave and they wished me luck. I couldn’t afford to be left on a shelf, not knowing where my next meal was coming from.He added of Kemp’s appearance on This.
