Her distraught mum Grace, 58, said: "They must have known Kim had died and her house was empty. "Whoever did this can only be described as dirty, underhand, lousy, thieving scumbags." Police are still investigating the cause of Kim's death after she passed away at her house in East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire, in Scotland.
