City had been banned from European competition and fined €30m forallegedly 'disguising equity funding'. But their appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport has been partly successful.
The Court found City had not disguised equity, removing their European ban but they did fail to cooperate in the case, leading to a fine which was significantly reduced from €30m to €10m.
