A Salford dining concept hailed for its smashed patty burgers is preparing to open a brand new restaurant. That Burger Place was born on the streets of Swinton in 2017 and has gone on to become a household name across both Salford and Manchester.
Its new store will be unveiled on Bolton Road in Salford tomorrow, and is celebrating with free burgers. To celebrate, its owners are throwing a huge launch party with free cheeseburgers and prizes.
Soundtracked by a live DJ, from 12pm they'll be giving away 100 free cheeseburgers, which customers can enjoy alongside beers from Brooklyn Brewery, who are sponsoring the launch. He and his co-founder Megan went on to open another one in Walkden, which until now, was their only unit after rent costs and the impact of the pandemic made it untenable to carry on in Swinton.
