The Queen has pulled out of the major climate change event happening next week, Buckingham Palace has said tonight. The Palace has said the 95-year-old monarch has 'regretfully decided' not to attend the Cop26 climate change reception in Scotland on November 1.
It comes after she was forced to spend a night in hospital last week and cancel a trip to Northern Ireland after medical advice.
